Switched from a line pin to a string line for long walls

Spent 10 years using a line pin on every job, figured it was the only way to keep things straight. Last month on a 60 foot retaining wall in Austin, I borrowed a guys string line setup and it was way faster. No more bending down to reset the pin every few feet, just pull the line tight and lay. Anyone else made this switch or still sticking with pins?

Switched from a DA sander to a longboard for blocking 3 months ago

I used to think I could block a panel flat with just a DA and some patience, but after fighting orange peel on a 2018 Civic hood in my shop, I grabbed a 3M longboard and some 180 grit.
