inVent: The time a customer's cat set off their new motion sensor every night for a month
Honestly, that's nothing. My neighbor's smart feeder was going nuts, giving out treats at all hours. They blamed the app for weeks. Tbh, it was their dog learning to sit in front of the camera on command. The little guy had figured out the treat sound and was just farming snacks all day long.

inUpdate: I read that air fryers can actually LOWER the vitamin content in some veggies
That "cut vitamin C by over 20%" stat just made me rethink my air fryer broccoli too.

inCan we talk about how we used to just apply for jobs online and hope for the best?
That coffee shop near the library had a help wanted sign up for six months. Susan350, are you telling me I could have just walked in and talked to someone? I spent two hours filling out an online form for them that asked for my high school GPA. They never even called. What's the point of all those applications if a simple conversation gets you the job?

inI spent $300 on a custom AI voice clone that sounds like a robot with a cold
Ugh that's so frustrating! I had the same thing happen with a paid service last year. Honestly I've gotten better results from free tools like ElevenLabs' basic tier. Their free plan gives you a few thousand characters a month in pretty natural voices. For longer projects I use Play.ht because their pricing is clear and the voices actually sound human.

inVent: I spent 3 hours trying to find a blog about old typewriters that I saw once
You said you spent two nights looking, but your post says three hours. That's a pretty big difference. I get losing track of time when you're deep in a search though.
