inThe debate over deleting old email newsletters - I kept 14,000 and it backfired
Man, I saw this study recently that said keeping old newsletters is basically hoarding digital clutter and it stresses your brain out more than you'd think. @evan_morgan81 hit the nail on the head though, most of that stuff is just noise you never touch again.

inJust realized my 'lowball' offer on a condo in Phoenix actually got accepted
My buddy just got a condo in Chandler for 12k under list after it sat for almost four months with no offers. The seller was some investor who was tired of carrying the place and just wanted out before the next HOA hike hit. Feels like buyers who are patient right now are finding deals that didn't exist a year ago.

inThe whole fermentation station thing just clicked for me
The whole "95F for lacto fermentation" thing you mentioned is wild, I actually read a blog post recently about someone using their Instant Pot's yogurt setting for the same thing. I mean it makes total sense now that you say it.

inEveryone is using AI to write blog content wrong and it shows in a bad way
Man, I think you're overthinking this a bit. A fake blog post about bread isn't gonna make me stop buying their pastries if they're good. Does that kind of thing really bother you that much?

inThree years of fermenting before I realized my airlock was wrong
Lol three years thats rough. I did the same thing for a solid six months with my first batch of kimchi before my buddy pointed out i was basically making swamp water in a jar. At least you figured it out before you gave up on fermenting entirely. The worst part is all those mediocre batches you thought were just your recipe when it was really a bacteria party courtesy of tap water. Bet your next one is gonna slap though.
