Why does nobody talk about the coolant leak that always starts behind the EGR cooler on a 6.7 Powerstroke?
Had a 2015 F-250 in the bay yesterday with the customer saying it was just 'using a little coolant', but after pulling the turbo and intake, the whole valley was full of green sludge from a pinhole leak in the heater hose right where it goes into the cooler. What's the fastest way you guys have found to get that lower clamp back on without dropping it into the abyss?
