Meatloaf is tasty but the problem is scale. When millions of people make that choice every day, it adds up just like millions of cars on the road. Sure there are other polluters, but we can work on more than one thing at a time. Our grandparents ate less meat overall, and farming is way bigger now. Trying more plant stuff doesn't mean giving up everything, just finding a better balance.
