Appreciation post: Bought a $40 knee pad upgrade last month

I always used the basic ones, but my knees were killing me after a big job in a two-story house. Switched to the gel-filled kind, and the difference after a full day is night and day. What's your go-to for saving your joints on long installs?

Yeah, that soreness is no joke. Totally get why you waited, @graytorres, it's easy to just stick with what you have. But man, good gear is worth every penny for your body.
