inMy impact gun just ate a socket on a rusty Ford today
Same thing happened to me last year on a rusty Tacoma. The bolt was so seized the socket just split like an eggshell. I switched over to impact grade sockets from Sunex and haven't had one crack yet, even on the nastiest suspension bolts. They're thicker and the steel is tougher, but you still gotta be smart about it. Hit it with PB Blaster first and let it soak for ten minutes, then use a breaker bar with a cheater pipe before you even touch the impact. Saves your tools and your skin.

inFound a weird bookmark for a "live llama cam" in Montana...
Maybe try setting a daily alarm for like 5 minutes just to check on Gerald. I did that with a similar live cam and it actually helped me stop refreshing the page every couple hours. If you time it right you might even catch him doing something, which makes the whole thing way more satisfying.

inUnpopular opinion: you don't need to sand to 220 grit for most trim work
You mentioned 120 grit leaving scratches in pine through semigloss. Have you ever tried going straight to 150 on pine and skipping the 120 entirely? I did that on a knotty pine shelf and the primer still soaked in uneven around the knots. Did you have to go back and spot prime the knots separate or does your heavy prime coat handle that too?
