Ugh, that's the worst feeling... did you check Baratza's website directly? I ordered a new ring burr for my Virtuoso from them last year. Their customer service people were super helpful in finding the right part number. The shipping was fast and the fix was pretty simple with their online guides. Saved me from having to buy a whole new grinder.
