My neighbor insisted I put a quarter on my car antenna to stop birds from pooping on it.
Said his grandpa swore by it. Been a month, and my car is still a total mess. Has anyone else heard something this odd that actually worked?

My buddy tried hanging pie tins in his garden to keep squirrels out. It just made his yard look like a weird wind chime!

Ha, my uncle swore by hanging old CDs in his fruit trees!

That trick actually works pretty well for scaring off birds. The flashing light and reflections mess with their vision. My neighbor still does it with old DVDs.
