Caught myself lifting with my back instead of my legs on a 10 ton pick yesterday

I was about 3 hours into a big industrial job in Newark and getting tired. I reached down to adjust a choker and my partner just looked at me and said "hey man, you're gonna snap yourself in half." I stood back up and realized I had been bending at the waist all day instead of squatting down. Something about the fatigue just made me go on autopilot. Any of you guys catch bad habits when you're running out of steam?

See, @garcia.charles, I actually push back on that a little. If you're running on autopilot all the time, you're probably not paying enough attention to your body screaming at you to stop. Fatigue isn't something you just shrug off until it magically fixes itself. Sometimes you have to admit you need a break or a different approach instead of letting autopilot drive you into a wall.
