I thought I could skip a full backup before a simple OS update
A client's laptop in Tampa crashed hard during a Windows 11 feature update last week, and it corrupted the user profile. I spent a full day trying to recover files because I didn't image the drive first. What's your go-to backup tool for quick jobs like that?

Ever notice how the quickest jobs always blow up the worst? I've been burned enough times that I just use Macrium Reflect Free for a fast image now. What's your usual plan when a client says they're in a hurry?
