Shoutout to the health inspector who flagged my walk-in's door seal
He said a 1/4 inch gap can let in enough warm air to spoil a whole side in 48 hours, something my old boss never mentioned. Anyone else had a small fix prevent a huge loss?

Guess that's why they get the big bucks. My old boss would have just told me to stack more boxes against the door.
