Hiked the section from Tuolumne Meadows to Yosemite Valley last week and the water crossings were way higher than expected

DUDE those crossings are NO joke right now. I did that same trail in late July and the water was up to my WAIST at that one spot near the bridge. I had to turn back because the current was just too strong for my comfort. People really need to check the real time flow data before heading out, not just assume it's fine.

Ever notice how we're all just winging it based on last year's info? Like, my weather app said it'd be dry, but my basement flooded. Feels like the old rules don't apply anymore.
