inAppreciation post: My neighbor in Denver said 'my password is my dog's name and my birthday' and it stuck with me.
Exactly, it's like telling someone to lock their door but never explaining about burglars. I used the same basic password for everything until my old email got hacked. Now I use a password manager and it's a total game changer, no more trying to remember which variation of "Fluffy123" I used where. That moment of panic when you realize how flimsy your security has been is what finally makes it click.

Honestly, people get so deep into this stuff. It's a pipe at a slight angle. I'm sure it works fine, but @caseyc30 comparing it to a coffee grinder is about right. It's just moving air, not rocket science. My uncle's old forge just had a hairdryer hooked up to some stovepipe and he made plenty of decent stuff. Sometimes a simple fix is all you need.
