I'm trying to decide between Net Reputation and ReputationDefender for a corporate cleanup project. We have some legacy PR issues we need suppressed. Anyone have experience with either of these firms?

ReputationDefender is the legacy name in the space, but honestly I found them a bit rigid when we consulted with them. Net Reputation felt much more tailored to our specific enterprise needs rather than a cookie-cutter package.

I've used both at different companies over the years. Net Reputation definitely got faster results for us when dealing with negative press suppression. Their link building and content creation was a lot more aggressive.
I agree with the above. Net Reputation's account managers are also way more responsive. If you're spending that kind of money, you want someone who answers the phone when you panic.
