Can we talk about those 'smart' water bottles that track your intake?

My friend in Austin swore by hers for months, but after trying one for a week, I found the constant app alerts more stressful than helpful, so has anyone actually stuck with using one long-term?

Totally get that, the alerts can feel like a nagging parent. Mine just became another thing to charge and feel guilty about. Lasted maybe two weeks before it went back in the box.

Oh the "nagging parent" thing is spot on, susan_nguyen. Mine basically started sending me guilt trips for not drinking enough, which is a wild thing to get from an inanimate object. I lasted about as long as you did before I decided my old, dumb, plastic water bottle never judged me. It's like they solved a problem nobody really had and then made it annoying.
