Just lost $200 on a wholesale flower order that showed up half dead

Placed an order for a big wedding job last Tuesday, needed 50 stems of garden roses and 40 of ranunculus. The box arrived yesterday, and half the roses were already brown at the edges and the ranunculus were totally wilted. I called the supplier and they said it must have been a shipping delay, but they won't refund it. Now I'm scrambling to find replacements locally at double the cost. Has anyone else had this happen with that new online wholesaler 'BloomFast'?

Saw a thread on a florist group last week complaining about BloomFast's quality control. A couple people posted pics of their hydrangeas arriving totally crushed. The general vibe was their customer service is a nightmare to deal with once they have your money.
