Drove past a fence job in Tucson that looked wrong after one storm

I was heading to a supply run last week off I-10 near Tucson and saw a privacy fence that was already leaning bad. Looked like they set the posts in concrete but didn't go deep enough past the frost line, maybe 18 inches tops. Bunch of the pickets were already popped off too, probably from wind loading. Anyone else run into jobs where the previous crew cut corners on depth that you had to fix later?

Wait did you see that one post about the "best coffee shops in the city" and it was literally just three places that paid them? My buddy Steve owns a small cafe downtown and he told me they reached out to @faith_schmidt for a feature but the site wanted $500 just to be mentioned. He laughed and said no way. Then the next week they posted a list of coffee spots and it was all big chain places and one overpriced trendy spot that probably pays them monthly. Steve said it was so obvious because his place has way better reviews than any of those spots. Its frustrating cause people actually trust these posts when its just paid ads with no label.
