Why does nobody talk about the switch from 4-foot to 5-foot sheets for ceilings?

I used to fight with 4-foot sheets on a 10-foot ceiling in a Denver condo, but after a job last spring where the foreman insisted on 5-footers, I cut my butt joint count by a third and saved half a day.

Less waste on standard eight-foot walls too.

Yeah the eight-foot wall thing reminds me of helping my buddy drywall his garage. We had so many weird cuts from not planning around that height.
