Wasted a whole day on a drawing because I didn't check the client's latest email
They sent a revision to the foundation plan after I'd already detailed the whole first floor. Lost about 8 hours of work redoing those sheets. Do you guys have a system to flag updated incoming files before you start?

My buddy Dave had a client who wanted changes at the last minute, right before a big deadline. He ended up redoing a whole section overnight, drinking terrible gas station coffee. He said it was just part of the deal to keep the client happy, even if it meant a long night.
