Had a nightmare week with a set of foundation plans for a new build in Raleigh

The architect sent over the initial PDFs, and my usual routine of importing into AutoCAD just failed. The line weights were all over the place, and the surveyor's coordinates were on a weird layer that wouldn't snap. I spent three full days just cleaning it up before I could even start my own work. Has anyone else had a major file import mess derail a whole project timeline?

Tell me about it, I had a survey PDF last month where all the text came in as exploded lines. Totally tanked my schedule trying to rebuild it from scratch. Those import gremlins are the worst.
