Is organic reach actually dead or are we just bad at content?
Been stuck for 3 weeks trying to get Instagram reach back after the algorithm update. Some say it's gone for good, others claim they're still hitting 10k views with reels. Which side are you on - have you actually recovered reach or just given up?

Have you tried cutting your reels way shorter or is that just making it worse?

@mason209 shorter reels helped me but the real trick nobody talks about is posting at weird off hours like 3am.
