Honestly I feel this so hard. I've been there with my own bookmarks and it was getting out of control, like 8,000 unsorted links just sitting there. It was actually stressing me out every time I opened my browser because I knew I'd never find anything again. Tbh I ended up using a similar trick and it was a total game changer for me too. Ngl I was ready to just delete everything and start fresh but that felt like giving up on a bunch of useful stuff. So glad you found something that works because the chaos is real.

What exact method did you land on? I have a feeling most people just start dragging things into random folders and call it a day but yours might actually be worth trying. The real problem with 12,000 links is knowing where to even begin without getting overwhelmed and giving up halfway through.
