Finally got my first 100 followers on ArtStation after changing my process

Six months ago, I was just posting finished pieces and hoping for the best, maybe getting 5 likes. Then I started sharing my full process on a second image slide, showing the rough sketch and color block layers. My last piece, a sci-fi cityscape, got shared by a bigger artist because they liked seeing the wireframe stage. That one post brought in over 30 new followers in a day. It's crazy how just showing the messy middle part makes people connect more. Has anyone else seen a big jump from sharing their workflow steps?

My process shots are just a cry for help. Layers labeled "fix this later" and "why".

Oh man, that reminds me of my buddy's project file last week. He had a layer called "bad idea maybe" and another just named "nope." Felt like a digital scream, just like your layers @johnson.adam. He spent an hour just trying to remember what "color test 7" was supposed to fix.
