Just realized a bad print file can ruin a whole batch
Last Tuesday, a client sent over a shirt design with the colors set to RGB instead of CMYK. We didn't catch it in proofing and ran 50 units before noticing the reds looked totally washed out. The whole morning was wasted on reprints and we had to eat the cost of the materials. It was a simple setting, but it messed up the entire job. Has anyone else had a rush job go wrong because of a basic file error like that?

My friend's print shop had a similar thing happen with a wedding invitation order. They printed the entire batch with the wrong date because the client sent a last-minute "corrected" file that was actually the old version. Had to overnight a whole new run on their own dime, it was a huge mess.

Oh man, that's the worst. I once printed a whole stack of flyers with a huge typo in the headline because I was rushing. It just said "Pubic Meeting" instead of "Public". I had to trash them all. Makes @the_jesse's wrong number menu look almost professional. You just feel so dumb staring at a pile of ruined work over one tiny mistake.
