Am I the only one who thinks the push for 100% digital blueprints has made setup times worse, not better?
After our shop switched from a mix of paper and PDFs to a fully digital system 8 months ago, my average first-part prove-out on our Haas VF2 actually increased by about 15 minutes because I'm constantly zooming and panning on a small screen instead of quickly marking up a full D-size sheet.

Check if your shop can get a bigger monitor. That small screen is definitely the problem, not the digital files.

Yeah, we had the EXACT same issue last year. Upgraded from a tiny 21 inch to a basic 27 inch monitor and it was a total game changer. Suddenly seeing all the tool paths clearly without zooming constantly. The old screen was absolutely causing mistakes.
