My photography project showed me Charlotte's hidden real estate gems

I started taking photos of different Charlotte neighborhoods for a personal album! It made me see how much new development is popping up in South End. A friend in real estate said areas near the light rail are super hot right now. I never realized how location trends can shift so fast. Now I always check transit maps when browsing listings!

Oh, I heard the new train lines are pushing up home prices nearby. Guess walking to the station is the new luxury.

My friend's house value shot up after they built the station two blocks away.

Yeah, it's wild how that works, @casey943. Makes you feel stuck if you're already in the area and just trying to live.
