Just noticed my neighbor's house sold in 2 days flat

I was doing a delivery over off Providence Road last week and saw a for-sale sign go up on Tuesday, then it was gone by Thursday. Anybody else seeing houses move that fast around Charlotte right now?

Oh man, @hannahs71 that really sucks to hear. I had a package stuck for 3 days once and I was losing my mind refreshing the tracking page every hour. It's such a drag when you're really looking forward to something and it just sits there in a warehouse somewhere. Hope it finally shows up for you soon
