Skipping water breaks to meet quotas is backfiring

Yeah, it's that same short-term thinking @betty126 mentioned. You see it everywhere, from skipping breaks to skipping oil changes.

Man, that's a brutal way to learn a lesson. Was the quota itself totally unrealistic, or is the manager just pushing way too hard for no good reason?

Reminds me of when @betty126's manager did that similar thing.
