Shoutout to the guy who taught me the right way to scribe a filler panel
I've seen three local shops in the last year still trying to force a warped piece with clamps instead of just taking the extra 20 minutes to scribe it properly. Anyone have a better scribe tool than the basic plastic jig from the big box store?

@nora_wells58 the sharp pencil thing works, but that metal jig made all the difference for me.

Man, that plastic jig is trash, it flexes way too much. I switched to a metal one from a real tool supplier and it's a total game changer. The extra weight keeps it steady and the markings are way more clear. It just feels solid in your hand, you know? Worth every penny if you scribe stuff even semi-regularly.
