I used to skip meal prep because it seemed like a hassle

Now I see how much money it saves by cutting down on last-minute takeout. Spending an hour on Sunday to chop veggies and cook rice sets me up for the week. My lunches cost about two dollars each instead of ten. This small change has made a big difference in my grocery spending.

Isn't it cool how much cheaper it gets when you plan ahead? I switched to packing my lunches too, and the difference in my spending is huge. That Sunday prep time turns into real money saved by Friday.

Two bucks a lunch is legit.

Yeah, and it's wild how much less food waste you get too.
