Serious question, does talking to your plants really help or is it just a weird habit?

My plant club says it encourages growth, but my family thinks I'm going crazy... Which side are you on?

Your breath's carbon dioxide helps them, same as any small act of care matters.

Totally with your plant club on this one. My spider plant perked up noticeably after I started complaining about my neighbor's loud music to it.
