Reminds me of how people hype up basic things as life changing. Saw a post last week raving about a new toaster that "changed everything." It was just a toaster. We're all so desperate for something to be amazing that we forget what normal looks like.

@blakefox nailed it actually. The whole post was basically "I tried this new morning routine and it cured my depression" but really they just started drinking water and going outside. Its like yeah man, that's called basic self care, not a revelation.
