Warning: This quiet blog on sleep tricks saved my nights
I kept waking up tired and couldn't figure out why for months. Stumbled on a blog called 'Sleep Simple' that has maybe a hundred readers tops. The guy who runs it posts short notes on little habits, like keeping your feet cool at night. Tried his tip about wearing socks to bed, which seemed odd, but it actually helped me stay asleep. Now I scroll through his posts when I can't drift off, and they're all free and easy to try. If you're like me and hate complicated advice, this blog is a hidden gem for better rest.

My old fan was too loud but a cheap box fan on low gave me that same white noise fix @nina_kim mentioned.

That line about hating complicated advice really hits home for me. I've wasted so much time on over the top sleep methods that just made me more stressed about not sleeping. The idea of a blog with just simple, free tips sounds like exactly what I need too. Really glad you found something that actually works, and thanks for pointing it out.
