That $20 blog theme I bought burned me bad
Spent $20 on a niche blog theme last week for my retro tech site and it broke my entire layout on mobile. Anyone else get tricked by cheap themes that look good in preview but fall apart?

Switched to a free WordPress theme and never looked back, way more reliable.

Free themes just love breaking silently at the worst possible time, right?

Yeah but Craig, are you still using the same free theme you started with or have you hopped around a bunch? Cause half the problem with those free themes is the devs just abandon them after a year or so and then you're stuck with something that's basically ticking time bomb. Just wondering how long you've been running yours without issues.
