My oven's thermostat is a TOTAL liar and it's ruining my bakes

I set it to 350, but the heat is ALWAYS wrong. My breads come out FLAT and cookies get TOO big. How do you handle an oven that can't keep a steady temp?

Grab an oven thermometer to see the real temp.
