That time a $200 cable tester saved me from a three day headache

I spent $200 on a good coax cable tester last month after fighting with a bad antenna cable for two days. Turned out the connector was crimped wrong at the factory, and my multimeter couldn't catch it. Has anyone else found one brand that actually holds up better than the rest?

Bought a Fluke. Worth every penny. Catches bad crimps and impedance issues my meter missed. Saved me pulling my hair out on a roof run last week.

Isn't that always the way, the right tool changes everything?
