My wife made me try a paper planner after I lost my phone for the third time this year

I thought it was just a fancy notebook, but after two months of writing everything down, I haven't missed a single appointment or forgotten a grocery item. Has anyone else made the switch from digital calendars and actually stuck with it?

Consider how often we get pulled into pointless online fights. Maybe a dead battery forces a cooling off period we actually need. It's a weird kind of modern luck.

I used to roll my eyes at that idea honestly. I was one of those people who’d get super defensive about my phone dying in the middle of a heated thread.
