Can we talk about that one week where every panel came in wrong?

Last Monday I opened three Vista panels and all of them had defective transformers right out of the box. Then on Wednesday a customer called saying their motion detector went off every time the sun hit it at 3 PM. By Friday I had swapped out five keypads that just wouldn't link up. Has anyone else had a run of bad hardware like that or is it just me?

Haven't you ever had a string of weird luck that didn't mean anything?

Not really, I think calling it "luck" lets people off the hook too easy. Look, when I had a bad run where everything went wrong, it was because I was making bad choices or ignoring red flags. A car breaks down? I skipped maintenance. Get into a fight with my friend? I was being stubborn. Same with good stuff too. If something good happens in a row, it's usually because you put yourself in the right place or you finally learned from a past mistake. It's less about the universe sending you messages and more about cause and effect catching up with you.
