The new composite sealant we got in March is already failing on our Cessna doors
We switched from the old gray stuff to this fancy new 'FlexiSeal 500' about four months ago, and I'm already seeing hairline cracks and a loss of adhesion on three different aircraft. Has anyone else had this issue, and what sealant are you using now for composite panel edges?
