I finally stopped over-exfoliating and it made a huge difference

I used to exfoliate my clients' skin every visit, thinking it was the key to keeping pores clear. One of my regulars began showing redness and sensitivity, which made me pause. After looking into skin barrier stuff, I saw I was overdoing it. Now, I assess their skin first and only exfoliate if it really needs it. The shift has been wild, with way less irritation and happier faces all around. It took some time to get used to, but the positive changes totally sold me. I even suggest gentler options for their home care now. Lol, it's honestly made my work smoother and more successful.

My therapist suggested I talk to my houseplants. Now my cactus is giving me the silent treatment.
