Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro vs PennyMac?

My last mortgage was sold to PennyMac and they've been fine, so I reached out to them for a new purchase loan. But I also saw an ad for Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. Is it better to stick with the servicer you know or switch to a broker?
