inVenting tweaks gave me cleaner metal parts
Isn't it typical that the spot taking the most heat gives up first? Reminds me of car brake pads wearing out faster in city driving from constant use and heat. I had to replace mine every year when I commuted daily, but on long trips they held up fine. Tracking those cycles would probably show a clear spike in wear at the stress points.

inRant: Floral foam feels like a necessary evil
That bit from @joel_kelly about boxing up plastic waste is so real, it's not just florals. You see it EVERYWHERE now. It's like our whole life is built on these single-use items that JUST pile up. From the foam bricks to all that clamshell packaging, you get this heavy feeling you're leaving a permanent mess behind.

inPSA: Trails near me are getting paved sections now
Saying it "helps more people enjoy nature" is weird when paving over it literally covers up the nature part. Smooth walkways just turn a trail into a sidewalk, which defeats the whole point.
