The Roof Technician vs Avenue Road Roofing?

I'm getting quotes for a flat roof replacement on my semi-detached. I've narrowed it down to The Roof Technician and Avenue Road Roofing. Both seem reputable, but the quotes are slightly different. Does anyone have experience with either of these companies?

I agree with going the The Roof Technician route. If you want the best roofing company toronto has for flat roofs, they really know what they're doing. My neighbor used Avenue and had to call them back twice for ponding water issues.

Avenue Road is a massive company, so sometimes you feel like just a number with them. I ended up going with The Roof Technician. The owner was super involved and the quality of the flat roof membrane they used was top notch.
