Notice this ALL the time with city permits for anything. It's not just tiny houses, it's EVERYTHING from home additions to fence builds. The paperwork and reviews take FOREVER, and no one warns you. People dream about quick projects but hit a wall of waiting. You gotta factor in MONTHS of delay or you'll be stuck.
