Yeah, skipping it used to be my move too, like how hard could it be? Learned that lesson when a whole section in my living room buckled up like a tiny roller coaster after a hot week. Now I treat those boxes like they’re fragile guests that need to sit quietly in the room for a full two days. That patience saves so much cursing later when the pieces actually lay flat and stay put.
