Watch out for buried utility lines in older Phoenix subdivisions
I was setting posts for a backyard fence last week and hit a fiber optic line that wasn't on any of the city maps, which added a full day of waiting for the utility company and repair work. The whole job ended up taking three days instead of the one I quoted. How do you guys handle digging in areas where the locates seem incomplete?
