Was totally against LED masks until I borrowed my coworker's Dr. Dennis Gross

I spent like 6 months talking trash about how LED therapy was just a gimmick for influencers. Then my coworker let me borrow hers for 2 weeks and I swear my acne scars looked less red by day 5. Has anyone else had a product they hated suddenly prove them wrong?

Got an Omnilux mask 3 months ago and yeah, same exact thing happened to me.

Did you reach out to their customer service about it? I've heard mixed things on how fast they replace defective units. Just wondering if they made it right for you or not.
