Unpopular opinion: My drywall supplier's new delivery system is costing me jobs

They keep missing windows and the sheets are often busted. I'm losing clients over this and something has to give.

Ugh, that's the worst! I just had a whole load show up with forklift holes punched right through half the sheets. What is even happening over there?

That's a good point from Quinn, but sometimes the cause isn't obvious. I'd take a hard look at how things are stored before they get used, because a cramped staging area can lead to that exact damage. It's a simple thing to check and might save you a lot of headaches.

Try checking if your crew is handling the sheets right after drop off. Sometimes damage happens on site, not during shipping.
