My old hand truck gave out on a stair carry, dumping a sheet right before install.
I mean, idk, maybe it's just me but looking back, we used to lose so much material to shaky gear that's now standard issue.

Gear failure is the worst. We definitely wasted less once better equipment became normal.

Ugh, what a pain. Honestly, better equipment cuts down on waste big time. We all learned that the hard way.
